A Workplace Where Families Flourish

Care, fairness and possibility across work and home.

How can organizations recognize the people employees care for? One hundred Creative Commons readings examine parental leave, returning to work, childcare, workplace lactation, fairness and support. Each reading connects a family question to its original evidence.

The whole person belongs in view

Good work.
A fuller life.

What can employers, employees and families learn from the evidence together? This collection places Trust, Respect, Independence, Collaboration and Kindness beside decisions about work, care and organizational life.

TRICK provides an editorial reading map. These studies do not jointly test the complete framework. Evidence about workers is identified separately from research directly examining parents, caregiving or work–family relationships.

Read the country, sector, population, study design and follow-up. A survey association, short experiment or policy comparison cannot establish what every employer should do or how every family will benefit.

Working-family evidence98
Directly examines work and family life, parenting, caregiving or employment policies for families.
Workplace evidence2
Examines workers, organizations or AI at work. Participants are not necessarily parents; family benefits are not established by this evidence alone.

Each reading has one primary TRICK home. Specific studies may cross several values; editorial placement is not an employer rating or a claim of organizational endorsement.

Five human questions.

Twenty readings per pathway. Begin with a question; follow it back to the original evidence.

Evidence you can inspect.

Original authors, journals, dates and DOIs remain attached to every paper. Each reading has an editorial guide, a source passage companion and an article-level Creative Commons license notice. TRICK placement and reading questions are editorial additions; the studies do not collectively test the entire framework.
